Ucelo Martial Arts is a family oriented Martial Arts school and it all begins within their own family. Grand Master Miguel Ucelo began his training at the young age of 11 years old and would always come back to teach his younger brother now also Master Edgar Ucelo. In 1979 GM Miguel had his first son now Master Luis and as a tradition began stretching him since birth teaching him fighting stance and kid martial arts games to involve him in to the arts and formally have him as a student in the school at the age of 4. 1985 is the year his second son Master Abel was born, with more experience GM Miguel never hesitated to repeat his first experience as a father and a Martial arts master with Master Abel. And now the story repeats as Master Edgar has made his oldest daughter Grecia a Black Belt, GM Miguel also was able to accomplish his 3rd child this time a girl Paola to also become a Black belt as well as his wife Mirna a Blue belt.
Master Luis is also following his grand Masters foot steps, Monica his wife is also a Blue belt, and his two sons Adrian and Taro are now part of the everyday classes and with out a doubt will also be Black Belts one day as well as their little sister Emilia. Master Abel has just started his family and we know the story will repeat here as well with his wife Sarahi and his daughter Sophia.
The Ucelo Martial Arts school now has over than 35 years in the making and going, has touched 1000's of lives, and has seen little Tigers become professionals, Champions and incredible people.
The Ucelo's are constantly seeking knowledge as students of the arts that they are as well as preparing themselves in all aspect of the development of a student thru seminars and courses.
The Ucelo family also has developed a unique system from black belt and up where ranks can be attained by all students and trully convert there training in a life time journey.
