TEEN and ADULTS

    To learn martial arts is to enjoy an improved physical and mental fitness. The core emphasis in our martial arts training is to develop positive attitudes through Respect, Honesty, Honor, Loyalty, and many other positive character traits.

    Adults who begin to train with us learn three different styles in one: Tae Kwon Do , Karate Do, and Hapkid, All will soon receive benefits ranging from lowered blood pressure to improved stamina, from speed and coordination to weight loss.

    Our Adult Program is a thorough and complete self-defense system with benefits realized daily through the dedicated efforts of the students.
